This traditional blend marries beers that we aged from 7 months to 2 years in freshly emptied red wine barrels. Our house culture creates a complex dark cherry tartness with a hint of dried fruit, all balanced by a malty backbone. Expect a subtle toasty oak and tannin finish to round out our flagship sour beer.
This beer will be only be available to enjoy in the Taproom.
